I wish I will bring joy. I wish I will see picnics. I wish to never burn. I wish to purify. I wish to be hugged. I wish to be photographed. I wish to comfort the lost. I wish to host nests. I wish to host life. I wish to love. I wish I will be strong, tall, sturdy. I wish I will have thick skin. I wish I will weather storms courageously. I wish I will make others happy. I wish my neighbors will be nice. I wish my air will be clean.
I Wish, detail
Branches
I began. It was a rainy day. Air wet with life. It was green and the soil fed me. My skin thickened. I branched. I held nests of crows and my trunk was covered with declarations of love. I witnessed. I grew. I was. My neighbors were nice. I was by a cliff. The ocean beyond and endless sky. The boats came and went. A girl arrived. Lost in Azura. Lost by the sea. Lost in a storm. She sat beside me and I sheltered her.
